Changed your mind? Send it back! We want to keep our fam as happy as possible. To make a return, simply follow the three steps below within 90 days for a full refund on the product(s).
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returned items must be new and unused, in their original packaging. Oral products (e.g. chewies) are nonreturnable. Any item returned within 90 days that is not in resellable condition will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
- Request a return authorization number from info@sensorybasics.com. Briefly describe why you are returning the item(s) to help us track any issues and improve.
- Ship the item(s) to the unique mailing address that will be provided to you with the authorization number. Do not ship it elsewhere or your refund may be delayed. Properly pack the item(s) to ensure they arrive in good condition. Include your name, address and authorization number on the outside of the box.
- Check back for your refund within 4-5 business days after we receive the item(s) in good, resellable condition.

Need a different size or a different item? No problem! We have your back. Please follow steps one and two for returns (above). When you write a brief description, make sure to include what item you would like to receive instead. After we receive the returned item from you, we will send your new product– with free shipping for orders in the continental USA!
Please note: If there is a price difference, we will make the adjustment on your original method of payment.
warranty
All Sensory Basics products come with a 1 year warranty. If you need to make a warranty return, simply follow the return procedures above. Please note, chewable products are not included, as there is expected wear and tear.
damaged products
Product arrived damaged? We're so sorry! Please send us a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 10 days of receipt for a refund.
