My order is getting shipped to:

• Continental USA– you'll receive free shipping when qualifying items in your cart total $49 or more.
• Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO/AFO address– there may be additional charges. Feel free to email info@sensorybasics.com for a quote.
• Canada– shipping rates are automatically calculated when you login to your account or enter your country during checkout. If there is an exception, we'll send you a shipping quote to approve. 

speedy delivery

We won't keep you in too much suspense. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day through UPS or USPS.

Can't wait? We've been there! Certain items and shipping zip codes qualify for expedited shipping, at an additional fee. Orders must be placed by 1pm EST.

Please note: Next Day Air and Second Day Air exclude delivery on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
